Doopie

Doopie, a plush toy who lives in a store, goes out into the world full of enthusiasm. Every day he meets other children with whom he has all kinds of adventures. Because of Doopie’s adventurous and inquisitive nature, they end up in many bizarre situations. But Doopie is always able to ‘solve’ their problems in his own unique, completely illogical, but humorous way.

Doopie himself is brought to life by a subtle puppeteering technique that interacts seamlessly with the live-action actors.

In 2020 Doopie was nominated for an International Kids Emmy Award as well as the Gouden Televizier-Ster Jeugd.
