POST PRODUCTION INTERN (SCRIPTED/LIVE-ACTION)

Submarine, with offices in Amsterdam, Los Angeles, and London, is an award-winning
production company known for creating engaging and thought-provoking content across
multiple platforms. Our work spans feature films, scripted series, documentaries, animation,
and transmedia projects, with a strong international presence.
The company works across five distinct divisions which feed each other: Scripted,
Documentary, Hybrid, Animation (which encompasses the Netherlands’ largest animation
studio), and Digital/Podcast (Transmedia). Submarine’s award-winning feature films and
drama series have been sold around the world and we are currently developing an eclectic,
thought-provoking, and entertaining slate of projects with exciting international talent.
Current projects include SAFE HARBOR, showrun by OZARK’s Mark Williams, and THE
KOLLECTIVE by GOMORRAH’s Leonardo Fasoli and Maddalena Ravagli. Previous projects
include two seasons of scripted animation series UNDONE for Amazon Prime Video, from
BoJack Horseman showrunners Kate Purdy and Raphael Bob Waksberg and feature film
APOLLO 10 ½ for Netflix, written and directed by Richard Linklater.

INTERNSHIP:
Post Production Intern

PERIOD:
Start: Immediately
Duration: Minimum 5 Months
Hours: 40 hours per Week

RATE:
€300/month for a study internship or €500/month for a work internship

LANGUAGE:
Fluent in English

JOB DETAILS:
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in post production. As part of
our dynamic post production team, you will assist the Post Production Supervisor in various
tasks while working closely with editorial and VFX departments.

You’ll gain hands-on  experience in the following areas:
– Helping with exports and file management
– Assisting with setting up and handling meetings
– Reviewing contracts and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place
– Facilitating clear communication between editorial, VFX, and other departments
– Supporting the overall workflow to meet deadlines and production goals
