Development Production Manager – Submarine Animation

Responsibilities
– Creating and executing complex production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
– Autonomous daily problem solving skills, escalating relevant issues and delays promptly to line producer
– Clear communication with artists and lead creatives
– Working with recruitment to contact and hire freelance creatives
– Administrative and contractual duties
– Creative thinker who is excited about new ideas and who can adapt to change in a heartbeat

Requirements
– Proven skills with complex scheduling and calculations in excel
– At least 3 years experience in some kind of senior animation production role
– English and Dutch
– In house in Amsterdam. Hybrid remote/office working possible
– Live action experience is a plus
